ABOUT KVS RO AGRA
KVS Regional Office Agra was established in the year 2012. KVS RO AGRA was one of the 25 Regions that connects more than 37 Kendriya Vidyalayas spread on the landscape of Uttar Pradesh. It aims to accomplish the successful realization of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan’s (KVS) Vision and Mission through various Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) under its Regional office (RO).
The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) formerly chain of Central Schools is a system of central government schools in India that are authorized by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India.
KVS RO AGRA is nurturing the education of more than 55,433 students studying in Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) under its supervision. The Region has been expanding with more and more Schools with a common syllabus and bilingual instruction in all schools. They are all co-educational and affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
KVS Regional Office Agra is situated in Agra Cantt Campus, Grand Parade Road, Agra Cantt, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. All Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) under this region are equipped with proper facilities and well-maintained infrastructure.
The schools admit the wards of the employees of Defence Personnel, Central Government organizations, Central Government Autonomous Bodies, and state government offices. Its objective is to educate the children of the Indian Defence Services personnel, Para-Military Personnel, Central Government employees who are often posted to remote locations.
Children from the private sector also can be admitted subject to the availability of vacancies. KVS Regional Office Agra follows admission guidelines that incorporate the various norms approved by the Board of Governors (BOG) and are also in conformity with RTE provisions.

Admission in Kendriya Vidyalayas falls under KVS RO AGRA
Every year Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission forms are filled by the eligible students in the various KV’s spread across the country. Generally, in the month of February KVS release the online application form for admission to Class I and for Class II and above from the month of April. Registration for Class II and above (except Class XI) will be done if vacancies exist.
Parents and students can apply Online/Offline for Admission. No registration fee is applicable. Applicants can collect the application form from the respective school principal free of cost.
Who Can Apply For Kendriya Vidyalayas under KVS RO Agra?
Kendriya Vidyalaya seats are divided into five categories:

- The first preference is for the wards of central govt employees.
- The second preference is for the children of the Army and Ex-army.
- The third preference is for the children of state government employees.
- The fourth preference is for the single girl child quota.
- The fifth preference is for the children of private or self-employed personnel.
The minimum and maximum age limits for admission in Kendriya Vidyalayas in various classes are given below:

KVS Online Fee Payment
The entire fee of Kendriya Vidyalayas falls under KVS Regional Office Agra is collected by the Union Bank of India. The KVS fees are generally collected on a quarterly basis i.e. January, April, July, and October. You can avail of both online and offline payment methods for KV online fee payment.

Generate KVS Fee Challan Form
The students, studying various Kendriya Vidyalayas who falls under KVS RO Agra can pay their fees through the KVS Fee Challan. You can pay the KVS school fees through a deposit of cash or Union Bank Cheques at any of the Union Bank branches in India. But, firstly you have to generate the KV Fee Challan form.
