The students, studying in various Kendriya Vidyalaya’s all over India can pay their fees through the KVS Fee Challan 2020. The entire fees of all Kendriya Vidyalayas are collected by Union Bank of India. The KVS fees are generally collected on a quarterly basis during the fee collection months of January, April, July, and October.
You can pay the KVS school fees through deposit of cash or Union Bank Cheques at any of the Union Bank branches in India. But, firstly you have to generate the KV Fee Challan form. Here, we will guide you on how to generate KVS fee Challan 2020 and pay KVS fee through offline mode at any branch of Union Bank of India.

Step by step guide for Generating KVS Fee Challan 2020
Step 1 – Visit https://kvsangathan.nic.in (or) https://www.unionbankofindia.co.in

Step 2 – Enter 15 Digit Student Unique Id provided by the school, Date of Birth (DOB) of the student, and Captcha code then Click on login.
Step 3 – Student details appear on a new window, Now click on the “Generate Challan” option in the middle.
Step 4 – Download and Print the KV Fee Challan form receipt.
Step 5 – For payment at the branch, provide this challan at any Union Bank of India branch counter. Branches list available on www.unionbankofindia.co.in
6. After payment at the branch, Bank will keep KV fee challan form (Bank Copy) and students will be required to submit the KVS fee challan/receipt (School Copy) to their class teacher.
KVS Late fees and other charges
The KVS fees can be paid only up to the 15th date of fee collection month (January, April, July, and October). Thereafter, a late fee per day @ Rs. 5/10 as the case may be will be charged till the end of fee collection month. Re-admission charges @ Rs.100 are applicable for the next two months.
