The entire fees of all Kendriya Vidyalayas are collected by the Union Bank of India. Step 2 – Enter 15 Digit Student Unique Id provided by the school, Date of Birth (DOB) of the student, and Captcha code then Click on login.

Step 4 – Download and Print the KV Fee Challan form receipt.

Step 5 – For payment at the branch, provide this challan at any Union Bank of India branch counter. Branches list available on www.unionbankofindia.co.in

Step 6 – After payment at the branch, Bank will keep KV fee challan form (Bank Copy) and students will be required to submit the KVS fee challan/receipt (School Copy) to their class teacher.

KVS Late fees and other charges

The KVS fees can be paid only up to the 15th date of the fee collection month (January, April, July, and October). Thereafter, a late fee per day @ Rs. 5/10 as the case may be will be charged till the end of fee collection month. Re-admission charges @ Rs.100 are applicable for the next two months.

What are the modes of payment through offline mode?

Fee can be paid through Cash and Union Bank Cheque only. Any other Bank’s Cheques/DD/Pay Order is not acceptable.

How can I pay the fee at any of the Union Bank branches if I have lost/misplaced the KVS Fee challan received from School?

First you have to generate KV fee challan form copy by Logging in to the link provided on Union Bank of India website i.e. www.unionbankofindia.co.in or Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website i.e. www.kvsangathan.nic.in using student’s unique ID and D.O.B and click on the menu- “generate challan” or by contacting your class teacher. Then you can visit any of the Union Bank branches along with the KV fee challan form for making fee payment

I am unable to login for generating KVS fee challan/ receipt from the portal?

Make sure, you are using the exact 15 digit Unique ID number and DOB as mentioned in the KV fee challan form copy.

The KV fee challan form indicates my school fees as Nil. Do I need to visit a UBI branch to get a stamped receipt?

No.

When I tendered the KVS fee challan copy in front of Bank official the fee amount asked for payment was more than that mentioned in the challan copy?

If you are paying fee after 15th of the fee collection month (i.e. from 16th to last date of the month), fee amount asked by the bank official may be inclusive of late payment fine which is not reflected in your KVS fee challan copy. If the discrepancy in the amount is other than the above, please consult your school for the same.

Can I generate Fee receipt for the previous quarter?

You can print the receipt by Logging in to the link provided on Union Bank of India website i.e. www.unionbankofindia.co.in or Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website i.e. www.kvsangathan.nic.in using student’s unique ID and D.O.B and select the required quarter from the drop-down list.

Details (Name, class, admission no., fee amount) mentioned in the KVS fee challan copy are observed to be incorrect?

Contact your school for necessary corrections. Only School is authorized with respect to changes in student’s records if any. Union Bank of India has no role with respect to student’s details modifications.

Can I get a duplicate receipt since I have lost the original receipt provided by the Bank?

Yes you can generate a duplicate KVS fee challan receipt as many times as you require by Logging in to the link provided on Union Bank of India website i.e. www.unionbankofindia.co.in or Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website i.e. www.kvsangathan.nic.in using student’s unique ID and D.O.B.
