Step 2 – Enter 15 Digit Student Unique Id provided by the school, Date of Birth (DOB) of the student, and Captcha code then Click on login.
Step 3 – Student details appear on a new window, Now click on the “Generate Challan” option in the middle.
Step 4 – Download and Print the Kendriya Vidyalaya KV Fee Challan form receipt.
Step 5 – For payment at the branch, provide this challan at any Union Bank of India branch counter. The branches list is available on www.unionbankofindia.co.in
Step 6 – After payment at the branch, Bank will keep the Kendriya Vidyalaya KV fee challan form (Bank Copy) and students will be required to submit the KVS fee challan/receipt (School Copy) to their class teacher.

KVS Late fees and other charges
The KVS fees can be paid only up to the 15th date of the fee collection month (January, April, July, and October). Thereafter, a late fee per day @ Rs. 5/10 as the case may be will be charged till the end of the fee collection month. Re-admission charges @ Rs.100 are applicable for the next two months.
